Our focus in supporting Government organizations has for many years been mediation services provided to Circuit and Justice Courts of Crook, Deschutes, and Jefferson Counties. This includes mediating agreements between parties involved in child custody, small claims, and matters involving probate. We continue to develop improved facilitation and mediation services to a growing number of Municipalities within the tri-county region through service contracts. Such services have included assistance with code and land use disputes, as well as referrals from City Departments on a range of issues including civil complaints and rental property disputes. We also provide contracted mediation services to Oregon's Manufactured Communities Resource Center (MCRC) by helping residents, tenant committees, and management resolve park-related conflicts.
