The Community Solutions Board of Directors recently approved our new Strategic Plan for implementation! The plan is wide-ranging and structured around four 'imperative' goals dealing with our people, practices, programs, and finances. Twenty-eight supporting objectives detail those areas in which the Executive Director - in his role as responsible agent for plan implementation - will prioritize work, apply resources, and focus staff and volunteer energies. As implementation moves forward, expect ever increasing levels of research, collaboration, and partnership with people and organizations throughout Central Oregon.
