Will Van Vactor - Will joined our Board in 2017 and brings a wealth of experience as a land use attorney in private practice. He is a volunteer mediator and a facilitator for a variety of State and local area projects. Will brings knowledge as an independent businessman and legal insight into environmental, conservation, and land use matters. He currently lives in Bend.
Mary Lynn Jones - Mary Lynn joined our Board in 2017 and comes with a wealth of experience in audit and reporting as an accountant. She has also served in her community in a variety of financial accounting and committee roles. Mary Lynn has embraced our dispute resolution mission, completed mediation training, and is now an active mediator for a variety of court and family cases. She currently lives in Bend.
Kathleen Phillips - Kathleen recently joined our Board. With an education in both economics and psychology, Kathleen brings a unique perspective to her work on the Board. She also is a long-standing member of a local school Board, mother of two daughters, and very involved mediator with a passion for helping families in conflict. She currently lives in Bend.
Julia Neary - Julia recently joined our Board of Directors. Of English decent, Julia has a diverse range of experience in the information technology sector, specializing in program/product management for 20 years. She recently began a private IT consulting business and brings technical and business savvy to her work as a new Board member. Julia is also an active mediator on a variety of cases. She currently lives in Bend.
Gary Winterstein - Gary joined our organization in 2015 with a wealth of experience from many staff and leadership assignments in his long military career. He also has served in several U. S. Government agencies as well as in management and executive roles in private industry and nonprofit organizations. As the Executive Director, he provides staff support to the Board of Directors. Gary is also an active mediator and facilitator. He currently lives in Tumalo.
